Terry was able to offer me a 2014 Dodge Dart at a great price. He described the options on the vehicle and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving the dealership. This was the second vehicle I have purchased at Blackwell and based on my past experiences I will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase. More

Very pleasant experience, purchasing our new vehicle at Very pleasant experience, purchasing our new vehicle at this dealership. We selected a vehicle to purchase, told the saleswoman where we would like t Very pleasant experience, purchasing our new vehicle at this dealership. We selected a vehicle to purchase, told the saleswoman where we would like to be in a payment and what we would like for our trade-in. They evaluated our trade, ran the figures and came back to us with a ball park deal that was $50.00 more per month than we set our maximum payment to be, but not outrages, considering what we trading in and what we were trying to purchase. We decided to let them run it through the banks to see where we would be exactly in a payment and make our final decision. Bottom line is this: $2500.00 more than what we were looking to get from our trade-in (nearly $4000.00 more than KBB trade value) and $2000.00 more than any other dealer we had tried to work with. $2500.00 in rebates 3.8% interest rate for 84 month financing Most importantly to me, no running back and forth between the salesman to the sales manager presenting deal after deal trying to pressure us into a payment we could not afford. I absolutely despise that practice and have walked out on some dealers who do this. This dealership made trading cars a pleasant low or no pressure experience and I will trade with them again. Did they make money on this deal ? Sure they did, they have to or they wouldn't be in business. Could we have gotten a better deal elsewhere? Perhaps, but by how much and how much time and traveling would we have to invest to save a few more bucks. Could we have gotten a better deal at this dealership? Maybe, but they exceeded our trade-in request, gave us the rebates we were entitled to and tried to get close to the payment we wanted with longer financing. We knew that the price on this vehicle was going to put us into a higher payment than we really wanted, but this is the vehicle we wanted and more. We could have purchased another vehicle that did not have all the options we were looking for on it and saved $10,000.00 which would have put the payments much lower, they had that vehicle. We test drove it, liked it and were considering buying it. I went back into the lot found this vehicle, looked at all the options, saw the price and asked the saleswoman to put the plates on it for a test drive. She never steered me toward that vehicle and was content to put us in the one for $10,000.00 less money. That to me, showed the characteristics of this saleswoman and eventually the dealership too, no pressure what so ever. Did we get a great deal ? Probably not, but we feel we got a good deal and we are totally satisfied with the buying experience we had at this dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, which is something I have never done before.
