Michaels was an overall excellent experience. Bobby was extremely pleasing to deal with. He is upbeat, kind and completely knowledgeable. He answered each and every question through each step of the process. He was a delight to work with. We all came to agreement on a fair trade in and the purchase price of the new Prius.
