He was very attentive and friendly and if we had a question he couldn't answer he would find out for us and come back with the correct answer. He worked very hard to make sure he showed us all our options and to give us the best possible buying experience. Michael's found us a car to meet our needs and worked to get it to us in a short amount of time. We never felt pressured to buy more than we wanted and came away with a great new car.
