I told them this time that the only thing that had irritated me last time was that I had felt like the financing department had wasted my time by keeping us waiting while he had gone to ask a manager about getting us a deal on an extended warranty I had already said didn't want. This time around, they respected our time and worked hard to get us out of there in an appropriate amount of time. I've been interested in the new Tacoma for about 6 months and Daniel Gonzalez did a great job of keeping me updated as information became available. He & the managers worked to find me just what I wanted, let me know as soon as it showed up, and was willing to come in on his day off to meet my schedule.
