Negligent service center - Let us leave without performing agreed repairs. Did not tell us they did not repair. Their employee drove the vehicle to pick us up so I assume they thought they were in performing agreed repairs. Did not tell us they did not repair. DO NOT USE BLACKSTONE TOYOTA / MICHALS TOYOTA - Turned my 4Runner in for engine replacement to Michaels Toyota. Engine I had shipped was not usable as is. We then went with the option of rebuilding the engi 4Runner in for engine replacement to Michaels Toyota. Engine I had shipped was not usable as is. We then went with the option of rebuilding the engine in the truck and I agreed to this. I went to pick it up today (7/1/22), and all that was done was to remove and replace the head, and fix the air conditioning. for $6700! There was a change in ownership, change in staff, and the person I was dealing with went out sick with Covid. I expected to have a rebuilt engine with zero miles, and I still have an engine with 270k miles. I have all of the texts that show the discussion. I offered them 5k in cash and they are refusing. Now they are willing to have me sign the vehicle over to them, and have me walk away. Avoid this Dealership. More

** DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE ** SHAME ON TONY GARCIA My 95 4Runner had an oil leak. I took it in to Michael Toyota, and after 3,000 dollars in repairs I have a truck that still has an oil leak, GARCIA My 95 4Runner had an oil leak. I took it in to Michael Toyota, and after 3,000 dollars in repairs I have a truck that still has an oil leak, and now a gas odor so strong in to the cab it is not drivable. The Manager Tony Garcia states there is no smell. Yet the service advisor smelled it and wrote it up. The head mechanic Chou smelled it and was concerned about the safety of driving the vehicle, and stated he would talk to Tony about repairing it. Yet, now they state after letting the vehicle idle for 4 hours, they now suddenly cannot smell the fuel leak And, to add insult to injury, when they recommended another 2k in repairs, they said the wipers were worn. Took my truck in for a warranty. They ended up keeping it for the entire day. When I go pick it up I notice a scratch on my driver door. Took it back to them to let them know that they had scratched the door for the entire day. When I go pick it up I notice a scratch on my driver door. Took it back to them to let them know that they had scratched the door and they said i had done it and that the schist had was an old scratch. Mind you i had just had the entire truck detailed and waxed the prior weekend and there was not a scratch on the entire truck. Why would i waste my time going if the scratch was old? Waheed Mirza was my salesman and if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have made the right decision on which car to purchase. He was knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles and answered all my questions. He was kind, not pushy and had my best interest at heart. I actually was more inclined to buy the car because he wasn’t just trying to make a quick sell. He found the perfect car with everything I wanted that suited me and my family best. If you go to Micheal’s Toyota dealership, ask for him! He will help guide you through the process better than any employee there. More

My husband does not have a job, no income of any sort, no cash, and not able to show he can make any payment at all. Michael’s Toyota took advantage of my husband’s severe mental illness. Car was repossessed and towed one month after the purchase. When a car is repossessed you still must pay for the buy you no longer have the car. Michael’s Toyota salespeople should be ashamed of themselves for praying on the mentally ill. More
