Worst buying experience ever. Sales manager provided false information regarding vehicle specs including mpg, put down competitors, didn't want to give us an out the door in fear Sales manager provided false information regarding vehicle specs including mpg, put down competitors, didn't want to give us an out the door in fear we might check elsewhere, whined about physical ailments and eventually told us to go walk around the lot while he helped another customer we were told he would try to source the vehicle we wanted from another dealership but he never got back to us. I taught customer centric selling to senior managers of a fortune 50 company for 20 plus years and this was the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced. More

The manager gave me $10,000 more for my trade-in after I had the deer with him. This day and age I feel that dealers have quit doing that to customers. Jordan in service is awesome, its never a good day when your broke down and need to call service. However on a visit a few months ago I met Jordan, he hit it out of the park. Took care of me 100%.
