Generally Good Staff was very courteous and polite. The needed work was completed timely. However, technician(s) got dirt/grease on the light colored leather on the Staff was very courteous and polite. The needed work was completed timely. However, technician(s) got dirt/grease on the light colored leather on the driver's side door and front seat. When pointed out they quickly cleaned it up. We also had to return when only a few blocks away after leaving because the technician had failed to reset the maintenance warning system and we were still getting the message that the car needed maintenance. More

I had an issue with a tire that I had to get replaced elsewhere, because I do not live in Hurst. Well, the service I received at the other dealership was truly a bad experience. I wanted to get my tire looked at by Essence because I did not feel comfortable with the job that was done at the other dealership. When I called Ayman and Evan, they said, "Bring it over. We will take care of it." They did what they said, and took care of it. They go above and beyond to help you. From the buying experience to the service center, they are helpful and trustworthy. I can't recommend this place enough. More
Good Experience Had a small issue after we took delivery the car. Took the car back and problem was fixed while we waited. However a week later the same issue. (again not a major problem) Because we live quite a distance from Hurst and had taken the car back to resolve the problem once before. Ayman promised they would pick up the car from us and drop of a loan car. He followed through on this. The problem was resolved without any further issues. After about 10 days Ayman personally called me to find out if everything was ok. Not often that a dealership will take the time and trouble to follow up personally. Essence is definitely dealership to work with. One of the best we have ever dealt with. Fantastic customer service. More
Service, repairs, and communication First of all I would like to thank the individuals who helped with the service and repair of my AR Giulia TI. Those individuals being Jose Silva, Ran First of all I would like to thank the individuals who helped with the service and repair of my AR Giulia TI. Those individuals being Jose Silva, Randall Bush, and Jorge Padilla. I first scheduled an online appointment for the 1st year routine maintenance, but about 20 days prior to the appointment I noticed the grill was damaged. I phone the service department and spoke with Evan Sparks who requested I send photos of the damage so that he could speak with the service and parts director and get back with me. I waited for a return call and even followed up a few days prior to the appointment. He wasn’t there on the follow up, but a message was left for him. Again no return call. I don’t think it would have taken more than 2-3 minutes to say we could or couldn’t do it and the reason why. When I arrived for work to be done I was greeted by Jose Silva. He was very polite, courteous, and apologetic. I told him it’s nothing for him to apologize about. He logged me in and we noticed that the repair work asked about wasn’t even logged in. He spoke with Randall Bush about the situation and both arranged to get everything accomplished in a timely manner. They didn’t have the standard grill in stock, but did have a carbon fiber one on display which is actually the one I wanted. Mr. Bush pulled that one off display to be installed. Traveling more than 150 miles one way I was willing to spend all day there. They had everything completed within 4 hours thanks to them and Jorge Padilla’s hard work. I waited on the showroom floor and walked around it and the lot which all had nice looking vehicles for sale. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service, I know they’ll be at the top of my list. More
Easy, fast, and top-notch service for my Alfa Romeo I made an online appointment after damaging an internal component (my fault--not on warranty) and Evan worked with me to repair it and saved me almost I made an online appointment after damaging an internal component (my fault--not on warranty) and Evan worked with me to repair it and saved me almost $2000. He said 3 of his technicians solved the problem with available parts versus replacing the entire component. I enjoyed their air conditioned waiting area and was in and out in less than an hour. Top marks and definitely not your typical dealership experience!! More
