Great service, amazing staff We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful! More

Has no care for customer service This service department didn’t fix my issue. My car has now been in the shop 3 times in 60 days. It only has 24k miles on it. They were rude and could careless about having a satisfied customer. I was even told that there was no one higher than the person I was talking to “the delearship is ran by me”. Not what I was expecting I made an appointment for the 10K mi service and recent recall for my 2018 Giulia to bring it in on a Thursday. However, due to a death in the family I made an appointment for the 10K mi service and recent recall for my 2018 Giulia to bring it in on a Thursday. However, due to a death in the family I called to let them know that I would drop the car off on Wednesday. It appears that the dealership is no longer offering loaners on the initial free service (didn't expect that, but okay). I dropped the car off and they stated that it would be ready the following day. I told them that I would be out of town and would pick up the car on Saturday. By the time Friday rolled around I never received a call to confirm that the car was ready, so I called the dealership to confirm and they stated that it was. I arrived on Saturday and was greeted by a young lady who retrieved my car. When I walked up to the car I noticed that it was still dirty. Hummm, free wash with service didn't happen. When I told her that the car was not washed she stated that the detailers had not been onsite due to the rain, but that they were there "today". A bright sunny day. Hummm, why then was it not washed?? I told her I would like to to have the car washed and she took it around for detailing. Close to an hour went by and she never returned to tell me the car was ready. I walked around to the service area to see if I could find her and could not. I then walked to the back of the dealership and saw my car sitting there. It had been washed. I must give BIG PROPS to the detailers they did a spectacular job cleaning it. They even got all of the bugs off the front of the car. EXCELLENT JOB! The overall experience was not was not what I was expecting. The car ran perfectly so I am sure the mechanical work performed was done very well also. These are the only reasons my rating wasn't lower. I really didn't plan to make a big deal about it, but then I got the survey, so I thought I might as well. More

From the beginning their plan was obviously to be great. Even with some personnel changes our dealings and service have been handled with great care. Kirk, Ben, Randall, Evan & Kylee are great examples of what the people at any dealership should be! We are happy to be part of the Essence family!! More
