The issues were diagnosed quickly, parts availability was not so great though. This was not a dealership issue but an Alfa USA issue. Even though it was not their issue, Carson and the Service team were very responsive to the situation. Knowing my car would be there for quite a while Carson made sure that I got a QV loaner which was going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the service department at Essence. Even though I live 40 minutes away they are my go to service department. More
