Mostly good Most of my experience was good, saleswoman was very helpful and diligent in getting our deal accomplished, and all documentation and financial aspects Most of my experience was good, saleswoman was very helpful and diligent in getting our deal accomplished, and all documentation and financial aspects went seamlessly. Regarding shipping my vehicle, I was never given any heads up as to when it departed or when it was excepted to arrive even though this was discussed and agreed. And the most significant negative, for me, was after agreeing on pricing, then being told about two specific charges that could not be waived as they were "taxes mandated by the state". In reading this dealers contract carefully, I learned otherwise, and during the final negotiation called my salesperson on this where she then took care of the larger of the two charges. With a 120K transaction, or for any amount large or small, it feels a lot better when there's no reason to question honestly or integrity. More
