Best Car Buying Experience I Have Had Yet! Found a car we really liked online, emailed for more information and we received an almost immediate email response and call back. Under the circumstances, visits to the dealership are by appointment only of course. When we went to the dealership Sat morning, the car we likes was parked in front and already on and ready to go. We were immediately greeted upon getting out of the car (social distancing norms taken into consideration) and then introduced to Kirk Frederick, the sales manager. As nice and straight forward as you could possibly hope for. In fact, everyone on the team that was there were incredibly nice. We test drove two cars, had a quick conversation on price and bought a fantastic Alfa Romeo Stelvio! It took them the less than a few hrs to prep the car and detail it for us for same day pick up. When we arrived to pick up the car, all the ppwk was filled out, I signed and we drove it home. Great team, great dealership and, honestly, an excellent car buying experience! More
