The detailing of the car upon delivery needs a bit more quality control, while not terrible by any means, our last Maserati purchase was at Newport Beach Maserati and the vehicle was delivery in pristine condition. This delivery seemed a bit incomplete as the plastic protector strips were still on the door edges and the plastic floor liners were in the vehicle and the floor mats were still in plastic in the trunk. The car was fine, just a few steps were incomplete. Overall an excellent experience. More

They picked up the car did the service and returned it. I worked first with Carson and then Greg. Rude from second one, I asked to talk to someone else and I tried calling this company three times and when I finally got thru to someone it was Ron. Rude from second one, I asked to talk to someone else and he started yelling in the phone and said that he was the Head Sales of whatever. I don't tolerate aggression, I bought a Maserati from an out of state dealer, would not suggest you even bother calling these people. More
