I had a very disappointing experience the evening before but I am now thrilled I did as I got to experience the best new car buying experience of my life (25+ new cars and counting). Philip made my purchase equal to the dream of owning my new vehicle. I arrived at 1145 AM on my lunch “hour” from work 26 miles away. I was back at work 2 and a half hours later driving my dream vehicle, cleaned and polished. Every part of the experience is excellent: test drive (I was permitted to drive an $80000 sticker price vehicle alone!! Unheard of these days); trade-in (I was offered $2500 more for trade than my local dealer offered the evening before); the negotiations (we both left the deal pleased); the extended warranty discussions with Elias (another no pressure actually fun meeting); the usually interminable contract signing. I loved the experience and ended up buying my dream vehicle for many thousands of dollars versus other much less satisfying options. I highly recommend this truly wonderful dealership. More
My buying experience was wonderful. I received quick and accurate responses to all my inquiries during the process. My only contention was feeling helpless in arranging delivery of the vehicle. We arrived and the service team met us as we drove in and within a couple minutes the car as taken back for the scheduled service. Have to Follow Up Continuously They ended up delaying my car getting repaired for a week. At one point they had lost it and could not find it. I believe that they have finally brought in good, capable leadership in the service department and they are getting their act together. For the last couple years that I have been bringing my Alfa here they have been notoriously disorganized, late, and borderline incompetent. Lots of employee turnover in the last two years. . More

John was very nice and easy to work with. The service took 3 days which was quite a long time for the recall that got fixed. Even with COVID being a health issue I think rental cars should be delivered t took 3 days which was quite a long time for the recall that got fixed. Even with COVID being a health issue I think rental cars should be delivered to customers and sanitized after. Having to Uber everywhere for 3 days wasn’t the best experience. More
