Only reason I won’t give 4 or 5 stars is that the employees doesn’t greet or even acknowledge your presence at the dealership. I had about 3-4 employees that just walked by without showing any regard employees doesn’t greet or even acknowledge your presence at the dealership. I was told there were no loaner cars available for a check engine light service call. No suggestions for a discounted rental. Very customer focused. Never felt like a commodity even when dealing with their finance group. It was actually my second visit and both times had the sam experience.
