Lower than average experience I purchased a 2014 Fiat 500e from Essence's used car fleet. The number of vehicles available was very attractive and prices were a bit on the high sid I purchased a 2014 Fiat 500e from Essence's used car fleet. The number of vehicles available was very attractive and prices were a bit on the high side but fair overall. My deal was a cash deal and I did not haggle much about the price. However, because I was unable to see the car prior to taking delivery of it, I was a bit demanding of the sales representative, Cody Miller. Cody was very friendly at first and welcomed my requests for additional photos of the vehicle. However, I sensed that once he knew the deal was locked in (meaning I wasn't going to walk away), attention to me decreased and I was left with a few surprises after making a wire transfer. First, my vehicle took over a week to be delivered. I believe it would have been longer had I not inquired about it. I will point out that they refunded me the shipping cost of the vehicle given the inconvenience - thank you to the management team. When my car was delivered, a few essential accessory items that were to be delivered with the car were missing, including the temporary license plate. Not acceptable of a large dealer and also something I've never experienced before. Another point that irked me a bit is the fact that the car came with two new times but two old tires, too. This is very odd since it was communicated to me that the car would have new tires installed prior to it being shipped out to me. I've reached out to Cody a few times but he still not bothered by this it seems. Lastly, my car has broken down after a week of ownership. I've communicated this to Cody the day it happened and the last thing I heard from him was "will give you a call soon as I make it to the dealership". This was Wednesday of last week... More

Best dealership experience ever! Dominic went above and beyond to help my family and I get into an SUV that would be perfect for us. I am extremely appreciative of all his hard work Dominic went above and beyond to help my family and I get into an SUV that would be perfect for us. I am extremely appreciative of all his hard work in appeasing some difficult customers such as my wife and myself. We had a few minor concerns about the car but Dominic handled all of them perfectly, it was a used car but looked brand new when we went to pick it up. I didn't get the names of the other sales people but they were very helpful and friendly during our time at the dealership. Ben was our finance guy and he was quick, informative and best of all not pushy in any way. And if that wasn't all good enough the manager did the unthinkable when we had some special circumstances arise which I know wouldn't have happened in 99% of the dealerships in DFW. These guys have integrity top to bottom and aren't just here to sell cars, they truly want their customers to leave happy which they have accomplished here. I wish all of them the best of luck and hope to buy our next car here as well. You won't find a better place to buy a car anywhere, shop with confidence! More
