Don't waste your time During the buying process they were nice. Seemed be be attentive. I get the car off the lot and a few days later it starts running strange. Take it to my mechanic and come to find out Essence Maserati put the wrong oil in my car. I called my sales rep and told him the problem. Assured me I would get refunded, sent him the invoice for my services and have followed up 3 times on a refund with no response. Currently I am sitting at a tire shop with 2 blown out tires. I was told by the tire reps here that both never should have passed inspection due to shredding on the inside of the tires. Inspection was done by essence so no shocker there. Just really disappointed in my car. He let it be known I have 2 little girls I drive around every day and it seems they were more worried about their pay check rather than selling me a decent car. Would never recommend More

Exceptional customer service Thanks to Cody Miller for making our used car sale an extraordinary experience for my 17 year old son and me!! We simply stopped in to look at a used Thanks to Cody Miller for making our used car sale an extraordinary experience for my 17 year old son and me!! We simply stopped in to look at a used Chevy Malibu for sale. While we waited, we looked around the showroom of amazingly exquisite Alfa Romeo's and Maserati's! Of course my son was awestruck...until Cody blew him away by letting him sit in the cars and actually started the cars up for him to hear. The Chevy we came in to buy was in excellent shape and we bought it immediately. As we waited for the car to be inspected and detailed (which is usually the boring and drawn out part of buying a car) Cody offered to take my 17 year old son for a ride.. in an Alfa Romeo C4!! Well, that made his day.. no, his week.. who am I kidding, his decade!! He is STILL talking about how cool Cody is and he absolutely LOVES his new 2014 Chevy Malibu.. especially since it has an Alfa Romeo/Maserati license plate holder. lol It really is the little things that make the biggest difference!
