Ranging from low to high cost and low-end to high-end cars both used and new. This dealership was hands-down the best car buying experience I have had to date. Ali was great as well as every single other staff member there during my visit. It was clear that what I wanted was important as well as my comfort during my time there. I was comparing cars from a few different dealerships and, like with most car dealerships, especially when looking at used cars, were so pushy that you couldn’t help to just feel like a number on their balance sheet if you were to make a purchase. Having done business with dealerships that were so pushy they seem to all end the same way. You are forgotten just as soon as you sign that final paper. Ali made sure to check in with me to make sure the family is enjoying the new car and that everything was as expected. I would highly recommend doing business with Essence Maserati and Ali would be who I would call when I'm in the market again. This go around we bought a Fiat 500e, of which we are super happy to have as a second car. More
