Great visit I contacted Essence about a week ago to look at an Alfa Romeo. I was coming from about 450 miles away for a 2 day conference & I wished to drive a Gu I contacted Essence about a week ago to look at an Alfa Romeo. I was coming from about 450 miles away for a 2 day conference & I wished to drive a Guilia. I was called by Ayman promptly that evening, and we made an appointment. There is no Alfa dealership within 300 miles of me, so this 2 day stay was my only chance to drive the car. I had limited time, so Essence was very helpful in arranging a test drive of the exact vehicle I found on there website. Ayman & the vehicle were waiting for me when I arrived at 9:15 AM. Ayman tailored the test drive to my specific needs. The price was very fair, and there was not much haggling. I did purchase the vehicle. I have purchased numerous Audi's, 2 BMW's, and 1 Porsche, and I cannot think of any improvements I would make to this dealership. I would gladly use Essence & Ayman again. It was worth the drive from Baton Rouge. More

The car I drove off of the lot has a great paint job, looks like new, and the service was fantastic. Adam Assi helped me out from end to end and made it easy - answering any questions along the way. Kirk even took the time to tell us that he wouldn’t be able to make for our visit on Saturday but he passed us down to Ayman which he took care of us from that point and lead us to purchase our vehicle. I selected the Quadrifoglio and at the Giulia roll out last June, was disappointed that Essence did not have that model available for a test drive. I left my contact information with Kirk Frederick who followed up in August to let me know a car was available for a test drive. I am aware that some dealerships are disinclined to offer test drives of this particular model except for "serious buyers" but did not experience that phenomenon with Kirk or Ayman. Ordered the vehicle and took delivery of it in mid-January. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection of the new car, I identified several "quality escapes" in the exterior paint. I contacted Kirk and Ayman who immediately escalated my case to FCA. My interactions with any employee I've encountered at Essence is always conducted with courtesy and professionalism. More

We are not the easiest to please, yet Ayman diligently showed us different vehicles until we made decisions and found the perfect two for us. Not only was the professionalism stellar, we also felt befriended and enjoyed the day. To close the deal, both vehicles were detailed, fueled up, and ready to go...as well as finance and paperwork with Ben. On top of that Ayman asked Jose to deliver the second vehicle for us from Hurst to our Dallas apartment.
