I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime, from Hyundai's to Ferrari's and Ayman M made the experience flawless. I was at my local Alfa Romeo dealer in Austin trying to buy a car and had found Essence Maserati online with the exact car and price I wanted. When trying to negotiate a price with my local dealer to buy the Stelvio I asked them to match the Essence price and I would buy the Stelvio from them. That dealer told me that Essence would never sell the Stelvio at the listed price advertised and that it was just a tactic to get you in the door. I called their bluff, while seating at the salesman's desk and called Essence asking to speak with the new car salesman. I was transferred to Ayman M and he handled my barrage of questions asking if the listed price was correct and that the Stelvio was still available for purchase. He responded yes. I gave my local dealer one more chance to make a sell. They couldn't come close to the price I wanted. I called Ayman M back from my local dealers parking lot and put down a deposit to hold the car. Ayman M walked me through the steps needed to get my financing in place. I flew up a couple of days later to pick the car up and drive home. During my visit to Essence I was treated with nothing but respect and felt in good hands. A++++ in my book. Keep up the good work! More
