On receiving my request from online, Ayman immediately contacted me through email and phone and invited me for a test drive. During my first visit there, he was very patient and straightforward. And he didn’t play games about the price like the salesman at another dealership did. The purchasing process didn’t go so smooth because of me lacking some documents that’s to be issued by our dear government. But Ayman and his coworker tried their best to help me. And now I am driving my new vehicle, the white Giulia Ti! I really enjoy my experience here and I appreciate their service and help. More

Essence Maseratikept every single promise they made to me, including the “conditional” discounts sometimes used to attract buyers. Ayman knows his stuff and he knows the cars he sells. He made it easy to buy from Essence. He even accommodated my last minute switch to a different car. The visit to the F and I manager was just as smooth. My paperwork was complete in less than fifteen minutes with zero pressure to buy add on items. Ayman went over the car features and showed me how to access the online info. I drove away in a little over and hour in a brand new car. Fidelity Investments, Container Store, Southwest Airlines Denton Mazda. are my top customer centered experiences.
