It seems as though after the sale was complete the communication ended and he wasn't as friendly as I'd prefer. I wanted to get my windows tinted and called and texted several times and no response so I went elsewhere. Other than that I loved it. I'd purchase again and even refer but I'd probably use a different salesman that wouldn't avoid me after the deal is closed and a little more friendly. But as far as my car...I couldn't have gotten anything better anywhere else and the price was in my budget. More

Although being sold in “as-is” condition, the car needed a new windshield and rear taill The price for a used 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK was competitive. Although being sold in “as-is” condition, the car needed a new windshield and rear taillight assembly as these had obvious cracks which would be an issue for the State’s inspection. I paid for an independent inspection which affirmed these and the need for a few additional safety repairs. These repairs were made and the cash transaction got underway. During document signing, I was informed dealership only had one key fob. When I questioned this, the salesman showed me a photo of what was purported to be the sole car key and the bundle of vehicle manuals. His point being that since the photo was part of the ad for the car, this was the disclosure related to there being only one key. I was also told by the salesman that the owners manuals were off-site and would be mailed. Not a professionally appropriate response, particularly from a salesman at what is a high-end dealership. Three weeks later, no owners manuals despite several emails affirming they would be sent. In order to ensure I have a spare key, I acquired a programmed duplicate key fob from local Mercedes dealership at a cost of just over $500 and ordered a full set of manuals from Ebay. So, a lesson learned. Not all high-end dealers are customer service focused. Long-standing customer relationships are built on details. So, while the price was right and the car was in otherwise good condition, the experience was a bit distasteful. So my two cents: If you are going to buy a used car from this dealer, make sure these and other details are clarified before the transaction concludes. More

Just another day at the dealership I recently bought a car and the process was fast and easy. I made sure before I went in that my credit would not be hit unnecessarily, being that I already had financing through capital one. They ran my credit stating that they are doing it on behalf of cap one but a few days later when cap had to run it I had another hit on my credit. 2 hard inquiries for one loan. I asked capital one and they said the dealer can't run for them and that they probably ran it to try and beat them which is what I was trying to avoid. The other issue is the snooty service department. I am also service manager and I wouldn't have any customers if I acted like them. My brother took me up to the dealer to get the car. When we walked out to his truck after, his tire was flat. He had a small Nail in the center of the tread. We asked the service department if they would plug it for us and we even offered to pay. After 10 mins we are told that the manager said they were not allowed to do it and they only work on there own stuff. I just got an email from the service manager thanking me for my business and saying to bring my new car in for services. No thanks. Don't spend money at a dealership that won't plug a tire after you buy a xxxx car. They clearly aren't upfront or willing to go the extra step to show they appreciate you. More

I saw a few online at essence Maserati I decided to email the dealership and connect with him. No pressure, told me what he could and could not do. We setup entire deal over email and I drove in and was in and out in 30 minutes with a new car! Very professional and courteous, and follows up on our satisfaction. He did not pressure me to buy immediately but with just a few text messages we quickly reached an agreement in price. The car itself was reason enough to choose the Alfa, but the experience at Essence made the decision a no-brainer. More
