I didn't want to wait around the dealership all afternoon, so I test drove the car, ran the numbers with Ayman, filled out the paperwork and left - in less than an hour. Good Experience Had a small issue after we took delivery the car. Took the car back and problem was fixed while we waited. However a week later the same issue. (again Had a small issue after we took delivery the car. Took the car back and problem was fixed while we waited. However a week later the same issue. (again not a major problem) Because we live quite a distance from Hurst and had taken the car back to resolve the problem once before. Ayman promised they would pick up the car from us and drop of a loan car. He followed through on this. The problem was resolved without any further issues. After about 10 days Ayman personally called me to find out if everything was ok. Not often that a dealership will take the time and trouble to follow up personally. Essence is definitely dealership to work with. One of the best we have ever dealt with. Fantastic customer service. More

Every single interaction we had with Ayman was that of service and support. Even after the purchase, Ayman is reaching out to offer support. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the dealership and every person we came into contact with while there. Dealerships talk about earning loyalty in customers. Service, repairs, and communication First of all I would like to thank the individuals who helped with the service and repair of my AR Giulia TI. I first scheduled an online appointment for the 1st year routine maintenance, but about 20 days prior to the appointment I noticed the grill was damaged. I phone the service department and spoke with Evan Sparks who requested I send photos of the damage so that he could speak with the service and parts director and get back with me. I waited for a return call and even followed up a few days prior to the appointment. He wasn’t there on the follow up, but a message was left for him. Again no return call. I don’t think it would have taken more than 2-3 minutes to say we could or couldn’t do it and the reason why. When I arrived for work to be done I was greeted by Jose Silva. He was very polite, courteous, and apologetic. I told him it’s nothing for him to apologize about. He logged me in and we noticed that the repair work asked about wasn’t even logged in. He spoke with Randall Bush about the situation and both arranged to get everything accomplished in a timely manner. They didn’t have the standard grill in stock, but did have a carbon fiber one on display which is actually the one I wanted. Mr. Bush pulled that one off display to be installed. Traveling more than 150 miles one way I was willing to spend all day there. They had everything completed within 4 hours thanks to them and Jorge Padilla’s hard work. I waited on the showroom floor and walked around it and the lot which all had nice looking vehicles for sale. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service, I know they’ll be at the top of my list. More

Brandon,mour salesman, went above and beyond in keeping us up to date on the status of this vehicle, as there was a lot of interest in this car. Danny helped find the very best financing and warranty program for us. He was also instrumental in getting us a really fair value on our trade, going so far as to work in matching a prior quote we had received from another dealer a few weeks prior. After looking at the car carefully before we purchased, we noticed an issue after we brought home. Brandon worked closely with his manager to be sure this was fixed to our complete satisfaction. Picked the car back up today and it is perfect! On top of all that, we've received emails thanking us for our purchase, including one from the Service Manager letting us know when to return for our first service and to be sure to reserve a loaner. Again, fabulous experience! I can't recommend this dealer highly enough!! More

I arrived mid morning and drove off the lot early afternoon with the vehicle. The facility was beautiful and spotless, the staff, with few exceptions, was very professional. I left the dealership with concerns about minor details of the transaction but was confident they could be addressed in follow ups. However, minor miscommunications and misunderstandings initially caused some delay, but upon contacting Mo, the General Sales Manager, and Kirk, the General Director, my concerns were thoroughly addressed and resolved. They each immediately and personally responded to me and within days all issues were addressed. I can now happily say the overall experience at Essence was a pleasure and I look forward to visiting the facility at my next vehicle purchase. Thank you Kirk and Mo..... More
