They have all been professional, as they should be, and because they have been extremely helpful to myself and my wife during the three visits of the past several months. Eight or nine months ago we needed a regular oil change. We were informed of the Ford The Works program, which involved oil change, tire rotations, fluid level checks and various safety check. This was less than fifty dollars. A while after this service, we were notified by Ford that the passenger air bag was involved in the Takata recall. The notice said not to have anyone ride in the passenger seat, as they would be subject to injury if the air bag was deployed. My wife and I are in our seventies and this concerned us. I called the Bishop Ford service department every month to see when new air bags were available. The service department people all were very polite when called and assured us we would be notified when they came in. They did call as soon as the air bags were available and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The latest service was for our seventy five thousand mile oil change and check up. They set an appointment up on our schedule, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Ford still had the 'The Works' program in effect. I hope they continue this program as I cannot maintain the vehicle like I used to. Everyone we spoke to on these visits were courteous and pleasant. They will take advantage of seniors and females, get a second opinion ASAP if they try to up sell a repair and things don't feel right.It appears they are trying to meet quotas set by management and have lost all sense of right and wrong!!! Shame on you Bishop Ford, same xxxxxx business the old owner practiced. Don"t fall for the cheap specials that are performed by non certified employees, it is all a ploy to get your vehicle and try to scare you with false reports of unneeded issues.I would rate this place with a zero but this site won"t allow it. More
