I worked with Amy and purchased a Chevrolet Colorado for my daughter. Amy was helpful, patient and very accommodating. Amy reached out to me on multiple occasions and even sent me videos of the Colorado. my daughter. Amy was helpful, patient and very accommodating. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership but when I arrived I was met by Amy and she was able to answer my questions and.showed me the vehicle. I then worked with Bryar and he already had documents prepared and answered any questions I had. The process was simple, quick and efficient. I have never been a big fan of shopping for vehicles but the staff at Birdnow made the process enjoyable. My daughter loves the truck and I will definitely look to Birdnow the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. Tony More

My car broke down in front of their garage. We were on our way to Minnesota for vacation. Birdnow offered us a loaner to use for the week and said they would fix my car while we were gone. T We were on our way to Minnesota for vacation. Birdnow offered us a loaner to use for the week and said they would fix my car while we were gone. They called me first thing on Monday to report the problem and immediately fixed my car at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for the loaner! We had it for 6 days. What a gift and we were able to enjoy our vacation! The kindest most honest people I have ever met. Thank you so much!!! More
