I can’t thank Justin and the Birdnow team enough for their extraordinary generosity. My truck broke down in Monona on a Sunday afternoon while I was hauling a trailer full of household goods while movin their extraordinary generosity. My truck needed work, parts couldn’t be procured until Monday, but my kids and I needed to be at school/work the next day. On short notice and after hours, they were able to get me back on my way with a suitable vehicle to continue hauling the loaded trailer across the state so I could get to work and avert a disaster. I was able to return the vehicle back to the dealership the following weekend when I had time to make it back up there. Small town generosity at its best! More

My car broke down in front of their garage. We were on our way to Minnesota for vacation. Birdnow offered us a loaner to use for the week and said they would fix my car while we were gone. They called me first thing on Monday to report the problem and immediately fixed my car at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for the loaner! We had it for 6 days. What a gift and we were able to enjoy our vacation! The kindest most honest people I have ever met. Thank you so much!!! More
