Horrible first and only service experience! Car was fine. Took it to biondi monroeville for recall on antifreeze system problem. after two days the car was ready for pickup. I pull over, call dealer. Mike the service manager tells me, "yeah that happens all the time with these recalls just bring it back in on Monday and we'll top it off". No big deal right? I work! They do t have service on saturdays! I have to drive my car all weekend with a low coolant alarm going off! If that's not enough, the very next day I'm driving the car because mike told me just fine to drive car with alarm going off and the whole protective shield under the engine falls off my car!! Hanging there! Dragging on the ground! I crawl home and had to bungee cord the shield to the front grill of the car and pray it doesn't completely fall off while I get it to service. Will NEVER go back there. Buyer beware. More
