Couldn't ask for better service and pricing This is my second time in 4 years purchasing a new truck through Binghamton Dodge and I cant say enough, from the sales getting me the best deal after This is my second time in 4 years purchasing a new truck through Binghamton Dodge and I cant say enough, from the sales getting me the best deal after I shopped all over the country and he beat everyone's price by a significant amount. Got me a great APR through local bank as well. I most enjoy is making the deal over the phone without having to drive there and sit and waist my time, Bill my sales did everything over the phone, so I all had to do was return old truck sign paper and I was down the road with my new truck. Again I can't say enough good about this place, from service dept, to sales and all else. Def has my future business. More

Front Wheel Drive 2015 Fiat. I have written two reviews of the dealership within the past month maybe on another website. I bought a new 2015 Fiat 500L , I love it, but soon real I have written two reviews of the dealership within the past month maybe on another website. I bought a new 2015 Fiat 500L , I love it, but soon realized it was not what I expected driving in snow. I went back and spoke to my sales person, John Manley and told him it didn't handle well in snow as he said it would. I mentioned my wife will be furious I'm not buying a AWD car. At that time John said I'd have several thousand dollars negative equity to pay and have to buy an AWD vehicle now, starting over. John said the easy fix will be get myself a set of snow tires. I felt John was more interested in selling me a car to benefit him than telling me if I wait a few days he will get a different car for me. If John said when I was buying the car he has AWD available but will have to wait a few days or even a week, I would have waited.. That is the problem he never said anything.. Fast forward, the Sales Manager of the 4 locations (Sam) said they will get this corrected.. Bill ( local sales manager?) was going to find a new AWD car to replace the 500L. Bill knew I didn't have additional money for a down payment and wanted to keep payments under $400. The week of Jan 14 the car I picked out for replacement was on its was to Front St and made an appointment to meet with me 1/26. Another gentleman told me to take the he similar car for a drive that day. I had expected to be buying the new one and driving it home. He hadn't file of paperwork from the original purchase (500L) and it showed the $400 payment number. 1/28 I received a call from Mike (finance mgr) and he told me of the negative equity and would need to put several thousand dollars down. I said thanks slot and hung up. Moral of this story is, nothing was done. They wasted their time, they wasted my time and I still have a front wheel drive car that does pretty well with snow tires. I do like my car and will buy another but I'll ask if I don't see an AWD, if one is available. The selection below is incorrect, Fiat is not available. More
