Second chance well worth it I couldn't be happier, not only did bill howell himself help me and come through with every promise made, his team went above and beyond for me. I didn't love my recent vehicle that I just got a week ago. I spoke to bill howell and he said bring it in we will make sure you love this one. He even offered I take it home for a couple days to make sure I loved it. Seriously said and I quote "I do not want to sell you something you don't love!" I was treated like a guest in his home. Exceptional service wonderful sales Lady great managers and finance, I told them this won't work but this will, so they went out of their way to get me what I wanted in exactly what I could afford. On top of being rather busy with lots of customers. Well played, hit a home run here! More

Awesome Awesome Awesome Experience - Doug Bollinger ROCKED! I have been waiting patiently for the new 2017 Ford Raptor for the last 2 years. I have searched dealers in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN inquiring about pur I have been waiting patiently for the new 2017 Ford Raptor for the last 2 years. I have searched dealers in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN inquiring about purchasing the New Raptor. Most Reps would start the conversation with "Well you know you it will be 20K over MSRP - No Negotiation and there is a waiting list." About 3 weeks ago I brought one of my FORDS in for Service and had just about given up on the Raptor until I ran into Doug Bollinger, his first response was lets go directly to the owner to see what we can work out. We were able to quickly work out a fare deal and I had my new Raptor in about 2 Weeks. Doug made the entire process simple and easy and continued to send me updates on its arrival. When the Raptor arrived Doug then spent a great deal of time with me to ensure I understood as much about the Raptor as possible! His knowledge of FORD was incredible! A Great Experience on all fronts! More
