Thanks for your offer, but that kind of defeats the purpose of going to the dealer to compare and contrast colors, options and models. I haven't given up on your dealership. Once I narrow down my choices, and if the Fusion is still a contender, I will most likely visit again to see if a price negotiation is possible. Good luck with your other opportunities.

This is disappointing. I thought someone had a real concern about my experience and was reaching out to make sure I was taken care of. But the second response (on July 13)from Billy Howell is IDENTICAL to the first (on July 9). Either somebody is too reliant on technology to create a timely response or they are too lazy to make a proper response.
