My siblings and I have been dealing with this dealership since Last September (2023) regarding my dad‘s 2021 F150 pick up. It was a simple recall that with the truck was taken up there for. In order to get since Last September (2023) regarding my dad‘s 2021 F150 pick up. It was a simple recall that with the truck was taken up there for. In order to get an appointment, at least 6 to 8 phone calls were placed and no return calls made. When we finally did reach them, they told us all the parts were there, and they could take care of the issue as we live four hours away that day. We live 4 hours away and when we arrived, they indicated that the work would be done in about a half a day. Upon returning 4 hours later the truck was still not completed and eventually took the truck back home as they could not figure out how to fix the recall. After several more phone calls and no response from anyone at the dealership, we finally were able to get the truck back in in November. Again, they were unable to perform the recall getting all sorts of excuses. We were then told they would order what was needed, and would have them in a couple of weeks. This brought us into mid December at which point we got the story of holidays and shipping issues and that the parts would not be in until after the first of the year. They did do some smaller recalls while they did have the vehicle in November when they came to us to get the vehicle as we were no longer willing to drive four hours round-trip And then have nothing done. Through the winter we continue to try to contact them to know avail and we’re finally able to reach them in mid March and schedule an appointment for April 15. When we arrive that day we were informed that we were not on the schedule. This has been a complete and total fiasco. I would never purchase anything from this dealership. More

Took 2 weeks to get truck I wanted in. Now that I have the truck they messed up paperwork. Have a 21 day permit in window which expired a week ago on the 17th and have been calling for 2 Now that I have the truck they messed up paperwork. Have a 21 day permit in window which expired a week ago on the 17th and have been calling for 2 weeks only to get answering machine and no call back and no plates in the mail. They told me I had the premium coverage for the extended warranty until the papers were signed to only get power train. Please don't buy from these guys they are the worst dealership I've had ever dealt with. More

Worst service we have ever had at a Ford Dealership! Nice Salesman but was lied to from 1st minute of dealing with this company.
