Friendly, no pressure atmosphere! When we began looking for a new vehicle Billingsley was our first stop. We looked at the cars on the lot several times but just wasn't finding anything we loved. Carlos Aguayo was more than helpful and very patient. We walked away several times without purchasing a new vehicle. We also had the numbers ran on several vehicles but just weren't happy with where the payments would be. This is not a result of them not negotiating, we just were looking for something that was probably out of our price comfort zone. Carlos stuck with us thru it all and never made us feel pressured into buying a car we didn't want or spending more than we were comfortable spending. At the end of each day we would walk away without purchasing a car. After looking online I found the vehicle we were after and not only was Carlos and the rest of the team supportive of our decision, they also went thru the trouble of getting the vehicle transferred to them so that we didn't have to drive farther to make the deal! Everyone we dealt with at Billinglsey was amazing. Carlos even played baby sitter while we signed the final paperwork! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy at the end of the day. From the sales team to Deni, Ricky, Joe Joiner, and the finance department the list goes on and on with the amazing people there. Billingsley will always be OUR DEALER! More

It was December so it was freezing but Clayton stuck it out with me the whole time until we found the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price for me. He wasn't trying to get me to go over my budget but within the confines of my budget and I greatly appreciated that.
