Haven bought several vehicles from them the last couple of years, I am really disappointed at the way I've been treated lately. The sales manager was very late, if at all, getting back to me. Service Dept is awful. I have gone there for the last time. Each time I have taken it for a small repair they cause more issues it seems and then check engine light comes o I have gone there for the last time. Each time I have taken it for a small repair they cause more issues it seems and then check engine light comes on right down the road. I went last week for some repairs. I asked about part and labor price for another repair (I showed them issue). Then they charge me a $130 diagnostic fee. They told me they "had to go into the transmission". It is a plunger that gets stuck and you can't shift out of park until you pull plunger out. Then tell me it will be almost $700 for repair. My husband ordered the part for $60 and repaired himself. I didn't ask for diagnosis just an estimate. More
