🚫 Terrible Experience at Billingsley Ford of Lawton 🚫 I had a new battery installed in my truck by Billingsley Ford of Lawton in May 2023. Today, January 2025, the battery died. I had my truck towe 🚫 I had a new battery installed in my truck by Billingsley Ford of Lawton in May 2023. Today, January 2025, the battery died. I had my truck towed to their service department, expecting the warranty to cover it, but they refused to honor it and told me I’d have to pay $300 for a replacement. This is the third battery I’ve had in my truck since purchasing it in 2021—absolutely unacceptable! The service department was not only unhelpful but downright rude, unprofessional, and nasty in their lack of customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Their behavior screams shady practices and lack of accountability. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Shady 580 in full effect at Billingsley Ford of Lawton. More
