Recently we our "check engine immediately" light came on a few miles north of Ardmore. We had just had 2 days of work done on our car in Norman, so you can imagine our dismay. We pulled into Billingsley F a few miles north of Ardmore. We had just had 2 days of work done on our car in Norman, so you can imagine our dismay. We pulled into Billingsley Ford in Ardmore about 15 minutes before the service department opened. Even though we did not have an appointment, they were super courteous about finding our problem and getting us on the road again. First, we were so relieved they were able to find the problem. Second, they were efficient about getting our Escape fixed and on the road again so we could make our commitment in Houston Friday night! We were very impressed with their service department. Would go there again. More

She was always willing to answer my questions as I was going wild as the delivery date got closer and closer. When the day finally came, she was incredibly helpful in showing me all sorts of features and how to use them. I’ve asked other Bronco owners how they liked some of the features of theirs, and they had no idea what I was talking about and said their salesperson did not tell or show them those features.
