Every aspect of this experience was 5 star. My Sienna has 276k miles on it and needed some maintenance that required a lot of labor and attention to details. I had done quite a bit of research and planned to do the work myself, but changed my mind as I got into it. It required a few tools I didn't have and with an 18 year old car there was a good chance that old parts would break just because I moved them. BWT did an excellent job and kept close communication with me on what they were finding. And they did have to replace some old brittle parts I hadn't planned on and discovered a problem I hadn't known about, so the final cost was just over double the original estimate. Now some of you may be thinking that they ripped me off. Nope. I was aware that other problem was likely, and that brittle parts would break. It simply cannot be helped on a car that old. I will not hesitate to take my car here again. By the way, the waiting room is great! They even have a restaurant! More
