Easy to get an appt. I’ve come in before because my back hatch stops working, and like a child getting sick, when I take it in they never find a problem. I have several v I’ve come in before because my back hatch stops working, and like a child getting sick, when I take it in they never find a problem. I have several videos showing that keys are around and doors unlocked and still no power to back hatch but they cannot view those videos. So it’s been almost 2 years of me digging through the back seat to utilize my trunk space, it’s all good though. I like that you can text the advisor because calling the rude girls up front with an attitude isn’t what I need when I’m just asking to be transferred to my service advisor. I had to keep calling because my transferred call didn’t go through and the receptionist told me “we know, we can see you keep calling” all annoyed…believe me, if you could transfer the call correctly I wouldn’t be irritated either. I miss old customer service, but these new kids make me really want everything to just be automated to avoid any communication with them. I really wish the advisor or mechanic could view the videos I have to hear the noises the locks make and maybe understand what’s going wrong with the mechanism but for now I will continue to use my car without a hatch. More
