There wasn't any hardsell. They answered all our questions. They were patient at giving us all the time we needed. We stopped by the dealership when it was very near closing time, but they didn't mi questions. They were patient at giving us all the time we needed. We stopped by the dealership when it was very near closing time, but they didn't mind. Tai still let us take a test drive on the interstate and took the time to explain features. When we decided on the car we wanted, they found one in 24 hrs and didn't charge us to have it brought to their lot as some dealers do. They also gave the same price for cash and financing when other dealers wouldn't. Tai also offered to set up the bluetooth for my phone before we left which was very nice. It would have taken me a while to figure that out. We were very happy. Would recommend them without reservation. Every interaction with them has been great. More

Like most I don't like buying cars due to the pressure of the negotiations. I got a fair quote via the internet and a fair price on the trade in. They were extremely helpful in the financing, as I already the negotiations. I got a fair quote via the internet and a fair price on the trade in. I wish they had been a little more thorough on explaining the options ie. radio (XM set up) and how the hands free bluetooth worked and helped set that up for us. All in all a good experience, and I would not hesitate to buy another car from Bill Walsh Toyota...via the internet! More

I was looking for a 2008 Avalon and researched all dealer inventories in Wisconsin, IL, IA an MN. I also looked at all the dealer ratings. While a smaller dealership, Bill Walsh had excellent ratings. I chose to drive 2 hrs to do business with them. The car had been sold new by them 3 years before and they had done all the service work. I asked and received all the service records on it. Initially I was prepared to pay cash and then decided to finance the car. So I also worked with their finance department. The whole transaction 2as a very smooth and pleasant experience. I worked with Troy, the sale manager and the finance manager. I got a sense of integrity throughout the whole sales process. It was also a completely pressure free experience. I had probably visited 10 other dealers at this point and did not get the same feeling working with most of the others. Nor were their ratings as high as this dealers. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership again. More
