Terrible experience over a course of months & multiple service appointments multiple occasions brought lariat tremor in for service and being that we have the second to the best warranty most things we br service appointments multiple occasions brought lariat tremor in for service and being that we have the second to the best warranty most things we brought it in for were covered under the warranty recently we had a mirror issue where the mirror was pointing down, losing its position over a few hours of being parked, brought it in left the vehicle for a few days with a appointment and just like has happened on multiple occasions went to go pick up the vehicle and the issue was not resolved. They do not verify their work. They also do not communicate like most reviews. Say I tried to call in and get an update. and I get sent to a voicemail or back to scheduling that transferred me to service or say that they will call back with an update, but don’t when the person on the phone if they weren’t so lazy could just find someone who does know or look it up at their desk with the tools and technology they have like a computer, brought the vehicle back again for the same mirror issue as well as a coolant leak same exact issues no communication so I got fed up and I went over there to pick up the vehicle and I was told by the service manager that I’m supposed to pay a diagnostic fee even though they had just pulled the truck in because they knew that I was gonna be picking up I had asked nicely during the previous visit if they could better communicate and verify their work, making sure that the issue is actually resolved so I don’t have to take it home and find out the hard way but when I went to go pick up my vehicle I’m being lied to and trying to blackball me into paying a service fee that isn’t even owed since they never did the diagnostic. I tried to contact customer service made a complaint went back in to try to get my keys again and the service manager claims that they would have to put the vehicle back together in order to release it to me after refusing to release it to me the first time needless to say after things began to escalate verbally the keys were given to me in a truck was pulled outside nothing was ever taken apart, and there was no diagnostic fee. I made it very clear that I would not be returning, but for some reason, they felt the need to ban me I guess cause they’re tiny ego had to have the last word but that’s fine with me as they have no quality customer service to offer me obviously we also called the parts department requested documentation or history of the alleged mirror motor that was ordered and put into our pick up truck and found out that there was never no part order or put in which I guess will explain why the issue is not resolved so Bill walsh ford service can add lying on their résumé as well More

please is well organized, clean and willing to help. I had an oil change and it was quick.
