Joe, the service manager was hands on and took control of tbe situation promptly and efficiently. All were so respectful and thoroughly honest. Though I was not pleased the situation occurred the manner in which all was done to remedy the situation made the experience painless. My car is better for having been serviced by them.even after this incident I would thoroughly recommend this service department and dealer. Bottom line is It is most difficult to find a business these days that meets such high professional and ethical standards but this staff does. thank you ALL More

service the worst ever. I went to bill volz for a oil change and inspection. I had asked them if they coild look at my parking brake it was not working. they said yes. after I went to bill volz for a oil change and inspection. I had asked them if they coild look at my parking brake it was not working. they said yes. after they told me I needed some parts I said go ahead and fix the parking brake what ever you need to do. I pick up my 2009 jeep wrangler and they said every thing is fixed the jeep is right out side. I pay the bill 547.00 and I drive away. I stop on a hill down the road put the parking brake on, the jeep rolls right down the hill. I get home and smell something burning. I put the back of my finger near the out side of the rim near the rubber part of the tire, and burned the back of my finger. I call the service at bill volz, joe said bring it in we will take a look at it. I go back to bill volz and walk in . joe is not there dave walks by me like he never seen me every one is just gone. so I walk out. the next day I have to take the left rear tire off to find out what the problem is. when I take the rotor off and some of the parking brake parts are gone. that is why they are the worst. they never tried the parking brake before they gave me the jeep back. More

Number one in horrible Service I came in to get an oil change, rotate tire, check breaks and came out with Damage to the Left Uniside panel Joe the manager does not even what to w I came in to get an oil change, rotate tire, check breaks and came out with Damage to the Left Uniside panel Joe the manager does not even what to work with me to get the damage fix to my car telling me that the damage was not done in the dealership that he had one of his best Technician working in my car, well guess what your best technician can make mistakes. All I can tell you is my car did not go into Bill Volz's Westchester with damages my car is less then a year old and I have taken good car of it. I am letting everyone I know to stay away from this dealership for there lies and dishonest. More

I stopped into the dealership just to talk generally about the condition of my Jeep with no real plan to purchase a vehicle and Steve spent almost an hour explaining to me, in some detail, aspects of the Jeep Wrangler. Not only was I impressed at his knowledge of the vehicle (he has one of his own). but I was also impressed with his customer service and overall "no pressure" personality. He continued to very patiently answer many of my questions while knowing that I was not really in the market to make a purchase. The time he spent with me would definitely have me return to buy from him when I am in the market to make a purchase. I had such a positive experience that he changed my attitude toward car salesmen and I would highly recommend him to any prospective car buyers. Furthermore, I would support any type of recognition or award that Bill Volz and the Dealership would deem appropriate for Steve’s high quality customer service! More

Working with Erich Moeller was a new experience compare to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy with non of the purchases I made, seems like to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy with non of the purchases I made, seems like they rushed me. Especially the last vehicle I had that I traded. I was lied to with the last vehicle. I know I changed my mind with Erich 3 times but he gave me what I wanted. I just wanted to leave with a happy face on like the Croton Auto Park used to say on their commercial. "Which I'm Proud Of My Purchase" One thing I noticed about Erich was that I was walking around the whole lot for an hour and not one single soul came and checked if I needed help. Like other dealers would have tackle me down. I don't know if it was because of my appearance because I was not dress properly. But those who saw me and didn't bother didn't realize that I am one of those who makes over 100K a year. But Erich was the first face that came up to me, he introduced himself. That's when I gave him my final pick. And we went from there. Thanks Erich, Will do business again in two years..... More

I had a coupon for a free oil change so I thought I would take advantage of the free service even though it's out of my way. I made an appointment via their website and when I showed up a couple of minutes early I was told by the service writer that it would beat least an hour before they could get me in. I asked about the appointment time I had made and got a blank stare in response. He offered to make an appointment for another time but my work schedule doesn't lend itself to great flexibility. I went to another dealer located closer to my home and they got me right in. Not a good way for a service department to make a first impression. Why offer appointments and inconvenience customers?
