Terrible service Dropped my truck off on 4/3/19 for recall issues, and a bad squeal coming from the front brakes. My brakes are covered under warranty and i asked them to fix it. They tried to tell me that there was no issue, they also told me the replaced the front brake pads. I drove the truck off the lot, got to the first stop light and the brakes squealed. I contacted the dealership again, had to bring the truck back in a second time. Again they tried to tell me there was no issue. This time they replaced the rotors. I drove 2 miles of the lot and the brakes squealed, not squeaked, squealed. This time I filmed the tires as the truck was in motion so they could hear the squeal. The video proof was undeniable. 3rd time I now have to bring the truck back within a month. they tell me they "greased everything they possibly could". Filmed it again, when I drove off the lot and the brakes squealed. I was told by the service manager "I am not sure if I can correct that" via an email. They have yet to fix this issue. During the 3rd visit in a month, I had asked them to replace my winter tires with my new summer tires. After driving off the lot they seemed fine. When I got to highway speeds the truck started vibrating like a wheel was going to fall off. At this point my frustration level was though the roof with this dealership and their service department. I notified the service manager of the issue, and he informed me that is "probably the tires I bought". He now wants me to believe that one of the most popular and best selling tires that Goodyear makes will vibrate a vehicle like a something is about to fall off. I had to pay $118 for a tire installation job that, like the other work they have done on my truck, has been sub par. I regret buying my vehicle from this dealership, and also dismayed that they are the only convenient option near me to have work done when needed. I have had 2 separate mechanics inspect the vehicle and both agree that the tire installation was bad. In summary, they have not fixed my first problem of brake squealing, and now have created another problem with a simple tire installation. Filed a BBB complaint and the service manager banned me from the dealership. They still have not fixed the work. More

Dave, Joe & The team have been nothing but top notch in helping me with the service issues on my 2012 Liberty since I bought it and started bring it t Dave, Joe & The team have been nothing but top notch in helping me with the service issues on my 2012 Liberty since I bought it and started bring it there even though they aren't the dealer I purchased from. Dave always keeps me informed every step of the way and could not possibly be more accommodating to my work schedule. They never miss a beat over at Bill Volz, and are some of the most polite workers I have seen in the auto industry. Being treated as well as I have been I can confidently say that when I am ready to buy my next Jeep (in a few months or so probably) that I will come to BV Westchester just because of the service that was provided since day 1. Kudos to all involved, especially Dave Storms. 5 stars all around. Its not where you buy the car to me, its the people who you entrust to take care of it that matters most. Worst experience in purchasing a car Was suppose to pick up my Jeep Friday morning could not because of issues with truck. Truck was suppose to be certified preowned. Oil said 45% percent when truck driven 1000 miles. Rim was damaged when their was no damage when taken on test ride. Key fob showed low battery and was given to me that way. After telling salesmen to take care of it . I would think when the truck is being certified that no messages should be on your dash display showing your key fob battery low. Asked sales men if the jeep had another key when I took it for test ride he said yes. So six days later I still do no have a second key for my jeep. Also my tire was loosing air took them all day to find a nail after I had to explain to them that the tire sensors are wrong they are not indicating the right tire. Picked up my truck on Friday it is now Tuesday still not happy with purchase and still waiting on my key fob and the rest of my answers. More

Around 3:30pm the same person call me to tell me that there is a loud noise inside the engine and they need to replaced the head of the engine the same side they work on,low compression from cylinders,mysteriously no engine light before.The day before the storm 03/13/17 they offer me no rental they said I am sorry . It is obvious that they gave my jeep to some one unqualified and drop something inside the engine Now I have a jeep with a problem missing bolts scratches on fenders. New jeep with low miles I always babied my jeep ,I bought it new cause I don't like to drive cars that had engine work I am Very unhappy stay away from that place it is worse than a regular shop I called Chrysler customer support they told me they have to side with the dealer If I want to return the car I could follow the blue book guides in the glove box book. Lousy, Always an excuse Purchased a used Ram 1500 with low miles, got a great price!.....then it all went south. The day arrived for me to pick up the truck, it was filthy, inside and out, also the radio antenna was missing. I was told I could come back "tomorrow" to have the vehicle cleaned....really???!!! The time arrived for a spark plug change..., so I made an appointment and dropped off the vehicle in the AM and picked it up later in the day (OK price BTW). Upon inspection under the hood, I noticed a red piece of plastic on top of the battery, after looking for the source of the plastic I determined that it was a "tab" from one of the coil packs that sits on top of the spark plugs. When I showed the service advisor he said, "they break all the time" and "you don't really need it". He said I could have it replaced but that I would have a splice in the factory wiring.. Lastly, after my last oil change, the oil pan bolt was only put on "finger tight"....oil all over my driveway, dealer said "sorry", fixed it myself....stay the EFF away from this place!!!! Sad part is that I still have 2 free oil changes left....Gonna try Arroway for the air bag recall. More
