After reading such good reviews and driving 45 minutes to this dealer. My experience with this dealership was absolutely the most unprofessional I have experienced. I placed a deposit on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee this dealer. My experience with this dealership was absolutely the most unprofessional I have experienced. I placed a deposit on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee even though the sales person Leuon that I was supposed to meet with was MIA. Was told to expect expect a call back to close the deal from their finance person which should have been pretty easy because I already had financing in place they couldn’t even bother closing the deal with me after I left a msg for Elijah and emailed Leuon. I waited 2 days no response and no follow up. I was ready to purchase the car but if this is how they treat you before you buy the car I could imagine afterwards. No thank you I’ll take my business and 9 grand down elsewhere. More
