My husband and I recently purchased a Dodge Caravan from Bill Volz. Not only does it ride great, but my kids love it! It has features for everyone in the family to enjoy. My boyfriend bought his Jeep Patriot at Bill Volz last year for a great price and his experience was so great that I just bought a car there too! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I worked with Stev year for a great price and his experience was so great that I just bought a car there too! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I worked with Steve Cristantiello and he made car buying a fun and easy experience. I'm a stickler for good service and Bill Volz has definitely earned our loyalty. I always loved Jeeps but never thought I could afford one. I walked into Bill Voltz as a first time car buyer and was greeted by Steve Cristantiello. I had so many questions and he was totally patient wi one. I walked into Bill Voltz as a first time car buyer and was greeted by Steve Cristantiello. I had so many questions and he was totally patient with me...and it didn't hurt that he was a total cutie! ;-)Needless to say, I am officially the owner of a spanking new car and I couldn't be prouder. I just purchased my 2008 Certiified Pre-Owned Chrysler Town & Country and I am so happy. I went to many dealerships looking for the best deal and finally found it at Westchester. Everywhere else I went I Town & Country and I am so happy. I went to many dealerships looking for the best deal and finally found it at Westchester. Everywhere else I went I was treated the same way, BUY NOW< BUY NOW BUY NOW, but at Westchester Chrysler I met Joe Tucker and felt like he really cared about my needs. He walked me through all of my options regarding new and used and what would be best for me. When I came to pickup the van he instructed me to bring my kids, I thought he was crazy, bring my kids I asked and he said yes. When we picked up the van he showed up everything, but more important he showed my kids EVERYTHING, how to use the DVD in front and back, how to hook up the PLAYSTATION, which was great and everything else. When we met the finance manager Tom, he treated us so nice and made things so easy. Joe even walked us into the service department to meet Wyane and the guys in the parts area, that has never happened before, anywhere. Please, if you are thinking about get a new car, stop in and see Joe and I am sure you will be happy. More
