Bob made the process of buying my car very easy! He made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns, even sent additional pictures since I don't live near the dealership. I bought a Chrysler 200 at Bill Volz of Westchester and had a really great experience. I'd shopped elsewhere and had to haggle to get any kind of reasonable offer. But at Bill Volz, my salesperson Steve ju had a really great experience. I'd shopped elsewhere and had to haggle to get any kind of reasonable offer. But at Bill Volz, my salesperson Steve just couldn't have been nicer. He was very well versed in the car's features and his offers both on the new car itself and on my trade-in were very fair. The process was quick, simple and painless. The business manager Joe was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealer and these employees in particular. More
Very poor customer service. I was lied to and felt that I was being taken advantage of. If you are local to Cortlandt Manor, you will find better pricing and much better customer service at Croton Auto Park. was being taken advantage of. Steve was great! If you are looking for a new car, he's the guy to see. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He didn't pressure me at all and made leasing my car from them very easy. H the guy to see. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He didn't pressure me at all and made leasing my car from them very easy. He wasn't your typical salesman which can be a turn off which I liked. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Steve. More
My husband and I saw the ad in the Pennysaver. The vehicle was brought down from Carmel and we took it for a test drive and worked out the details with Bob that day. This was my second purchase from Bill Volz Jeep. I met Steve Cristantiello when I bought my Jeep Wrangler a couple of years ago and came back to him when I leased my 2012 Grand Cherokee last week. Steve Steve Cristantiello when I bought my Jeep Wrangler a couple of years ago and came back to him when I leased my 2012 Grand Cherokee last week. Steve always makes the purchase simple, the entire staff there knows the Jeep line really well and helped us pick the options we wanted. I love my new Grand Cherokee and will see Steve in 3 years when my lease is up. If you are in the market for a Jeep I really suggest you stop into Bill Volz Jeep. More
Joe Tucker greeted me as I walked into Bill Voltz Chrystler – Jeep dealership on Crompond Road near Yorktown Heights. I told him I was there to just look at a Jeep Compass. I wanted to change ou Chrystler – Jeep dealership on Crompond Road near Yorktown Heights. I told him I was there to just look at a Jeep Compass. I wanted to change out my PT Cruiser for winter weather. I felt I needed a 4 wheel drive. Joe took me right outside to see the Compass. I liked it and told Joe I wanted it. I realize it was quick sale. Joe took the time to show me all the stats about the Compass as well as the features on the vehicle. We went back in to write up the sale. Joe explained the benefits of a loan and I went that route. I ordered some extras, like a locked gas cap. He called as soon as the items arrived and installed the gas cap himself, along with the floor mats and the back sliding panel to cover the trunk area. You must ask for Joe when you visit Bill Voltz. He won’t steer you wrong. Ken Smith More
I went to the dealer with my wife and kids looking for a new minivan. We were greeted by Joe Tucker. We sat at his desk for a while talking about what we wanted (we had already been to anothr dealership, so new minivan. We were greeted by Joe Tucker. We sat at his desk for a while talking about what we wanted (we had already been to anothr dealership, so we were already on edge), Joe asked alot of question and then showed us a Town & Country. WOW, we were blown away with his description. From the back to thr front, every option, even when he closed the doors on his arm to assure us the kids would not be hurt if the slidng door closed on them. The DVD and touch screen radio, the stow away seats, everything. All I can say is my wife is so happy with her new van. Thank you Joe. More
I think that Bill Volz of Westchester and of Torrington were great. I have NO complaints about them. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and ended up in the car we wanted, how were great. I have NO complaints about them. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and ended up in the car we wanted, however Meadowland of Carmel sent us running around from one dealership to another looking for the car we wanted. The car we wanted was suppose to be there and a call was made to ensure it was, but when we arrived it was not there, even though Meadowland ensured us it was. So when the car was missing we called Chris at the Westchester location and he called every dealer to locate the car for us. We then went to Torrington to see the car and one of the sales associates there stayed late so we could see the car. We loved it and decided to get it and went over some details expecting to buy the car in Torrington, but since it could not be certified pre owned there (which we wanted), they worked it out to have the car sent back to Westchester for us so that we could get the certified preowned. Chris at the Westchester office and the associate at the Torrington office were focused on making us happy and did a phenomenal job, but I feel that the Meadowland office had such a large innovatory we were just another number to them and they didn't seem to care if we drove clear over there to look at a car that wasn't there. Meadowland needs to get their act together like the Westchester and Torrington locations and start treating their customers like a valued person and not just another number. They also need to keep better track of their innovatory, because sending customers somewhere that the car clearly isn't is just unacceptable! I would not recommend Meadowland of Carmel to anyone, but I would however HIGHLY recommend the Westchester and Torrington offices, because we had a phenomenal experience at both of them and will look there for future car needs! :) More
I've now purchased two fairly unique vehicles from Steve Cristantiello. In both cases he's been in wonderful and down to earth to work with! From calls on the cell phone to text messages and email, the de Cristantiello. In both cases he's been in wonderful and down to earth to work with! From calls on the cell phone to text messages and email, the deals were done quickly and smoothly. For the last purchase I didn't even step into the dealership until I drove the vehicle off the lot. And that only took 30 min.. Steve had everything completely ready and thought about all the different aspects of the sale so there were no last minute problems. I do highly recommend this dealership and Steve Cristantiello as a salesman! More
