I placed an internet ad looking for a new car and was contacted by many as well as Vincent Diaz. He did not push, or try to get me into something else. With 5 kids, budget is extremely important as well as getting what I needed. He did a lot of phone work with me knowing how hard it was for me to drag all the kids to the showroom and sit, that in itself was huge! It was not easy but he did it! I would go back to him again in a heartbeat! More

I went with a friend of mine to purchase a new car. She put down a refundable deposit and tried to get her money back when the deal did not work out. I almost got a car from this dealership that did not include the features I wanted because I was told that it could not be done in the range of the monthly payment that I wanted - I settled on a base model because I thought it was all I could afford.. luckily they were rather rude and condescending to me the day before I finished the deal opening up the opportunity to have another dealer do it right.... I feel a car dealership that is asking for your business so adamantly should also be willing to work hard to give you options, I just never got that - they can be very nice and they did keep calling and asking for my business, but in the end could not deliver.. I went elsewhere and got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. More

I traded in a Toyota Tacoma to get a Jeep Wrangler and Chris was extremely helpful. I was worried that I would lose money by trading it in to a dealership as opposed to selling it privately, but he expla Chris was extremely helpful. When I finally got my wrangler, I couldn't be happier. Chris was on vacation when the Wrangler came in, but explained that fully to me when I was shopping and gave me every option to either pick it up before he left, after he got back or had several of his coworkers that could get the car ready for me for pickup. I declined dealing with anyone else, I waited a few days for Chris to get back. I am glad I waited! Chris even made sure to send me pictures of the jeep when it finally arrived. On day of pickup, Chris had everything ready for me, insurance all set, registration all set, he swapped my plates and explained how everything worked inside the jeep. I have purchased cars in the past that were a headache to get, this was not one of them! Chris was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be reccommending him to my friends. 1. Said car sold was "certified" however the inspection wasn't completed. There were missing parts and certain vehicle functions did not work. 2. Said it was due to an issue with the previous lien holder, which to me means they sold a car that wasn't theirs to begin with. 3. Came in on holiday weekend and got a good deal on a 2010 Avenger. Vinny did a good job of getting the price down to where I needed it. I decided to look at Jeeps and just get a feel for what I wanted. Vinny Diaz was one of the best sales reps that I have ever dealt with; he was not pushy, was extremely fair and very accommodating. He had a great sense of humor and we shared some laughs over my attachment to my Mountaineer. I didn't expect to walk away in 2 days with a brand new Jeep, but Vinny made it all so easy, that I made my decision rather quickly. I LOVE my new Jeep and hope to have many years with it! Vinny Diaz is top notch in my books and made the entire car buying experience a pleasure for me. I highly recommend this dealer, as well as Vinny! More
