From first contact, to test drive and up to final purchase. She stayed in constant contact, informing me of everything I should expect or be knowledgeable of. A true professional with a wonderful sense of humor. I've never had so much fun spending money. Also, as I am new to the area, Shari was quite informative about the region. Number one in horrible Service I came in to get an oil change, rotate tire, check breaks and came out with Damage to the Left Uniside panel Joe the manager does not even what to w I came in to get an oil change, rotate tire, check breaks and came out with Damage to the Left Uniside panel Joe the manager does not even what to work with me to get the damage fix to my car telling me that the damage was not done in the dealership that he had one of his best Technician working in my car, well guess what your best technician can make mistakes. All I can tell you is my car did not go into Bill Volz's Westchester with damages my car is less then a year old and I have taken good car of it. I am letting everyone I know to stay away from this dealership for there lies and dishonest. More

Everything should be this pleasant! If only every buying experience was this easy! We called the dealership at 8:30 am to confirm that they had a specific Wrangler in stock...they did. We took the 1+ hour ride to this dealership, traded in our current car, and drove home with exactly what we wanted. Steve was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Mike was equally as wonderful, explaining the finances of the deal. The auto industry should look to these guys on how to deal with customers. We adults in our 40's, having bought 10+ cars over the past 20 years. This was our BEST experience of them all! More

Going Above and Beyond Shari did an amazing job helping me find my new Ram. Once she found a model in my price range we went over all the features, and added some more. She Shari did an amazing job helping me find my new Ram. Once she found a model in my price range we went over all the features, and added some more. She then searched around until she found "my truck" and had it sent to the dealer where she spent a significant amount of time teaching me everything I needed to know about it. The best experience I've had at a dealership, and we will be going back there when our other vehicle needs to be replaced. More
