I HATE shopping for a car! It becomes too much of a game most of the time. I usually have a pretty good idea of what I want when I go to a dealer, so the worst thing for me personally is to have someone try most of the time. I usually have a pretty good idea of what I want when I go to a dealer, so the worst thing for me personally is to have someone try to OVERsell me a car. I came to Bridgewater Acura after dealing with another local dealership, and right from the beginning I had an idea that the experience might be a little different (in a good way). First, the facility is immaculate. I was told that it had been renovated or something and it has a great look and feel. The day I first went in wasn't very busy, so I was worried about being hoarded by a bunch of salesman looking to make a sale. Surprisingly I was able to go in and kind of just checkout a car for a few minutes which is exactly what I wanted - the space to look at what I wanted for a few minutes. I was then greeted by Paul Batista who asked me if there was anything that he could help me with. I told him what I was looking for and he allowed me to BUY the car without necessarily SELLing me the car. He offered his opinions about the Model (TSX) since he had personal experiences with the vehicle, which was great - but it never felt like he was trying to pressure me to buy the car with nonstop talk (Like the salesman at another dealership that told me that the New Acura ILX has gotten great comments about the ILX 2.0L performance lol). The test drives were cool as well...he allowed me to try the vehicle without selling it to me the whole way, which was great because I was trying to checkout road noise on that model. But I guess the real test of this dealership was we were wrapping up things on the first day and one of the Service managers came by (I think his name was Dan Lasko). I wasn't ready to buy the car that day, and while I knew he wanted to make the sale - again, it didn't seem like there was pressure. After doing more research, I came back to buy the car the next day and the experience was good from that point on. One of the other managers Michael Lasko was professional. The lady at the purchase desk where they take your money was very friendly (nothing worse than someone body with an attitude taking large amounts of money from you lol). The dude that signs all the paper work Brian Hansen was very patient as I'm sure I took a little longer than most customers to make a decision about the post-sale extras they try to sell you. Maybe there are some people that want to be sold a vehicle, but I guess that's the point - the man seemed to know how to read the individual customer: we're not all the same. This TSX is the 3rd straight vehicle that I've owned. The cars sell themselves. All I wanted was someone who was knowledgeable about the product, pleasant to deal with, patient and non-robotic. Paul and everyone there that I dealt with were on point. Sorry for the long winded review, but as a business owner myself - I know too often people only come to these sites when they have something negative to say. I think when you get good service - everybody should know. The next test will be how they handle things if my car develops problems. Hoping this one holds up like the last 2 Acura's. For what it's worth, I probably could have gotten a slightly better deal at a competing dealership. I did my research - but I thought these people deserved my business and their service led me to believe that my future experience here might be worth it. CF More

Had a great sales experience. Mohammed (Mo) was friendly, helpful and easy to work with and the team beat the price I had in hand. They also made it easy to complete the sale as they knew we would friendly, helpful and easy to work with and the team beat the price I had in hand. They also made it easy to complete the sale as they knew we wouldn't be able to wire the funds in time for the sale completion they worked out another way for us to leave with a new car, allowing us time to transfer funds. The facilities are top notch. Even though it's not a convenient location for me I will definitely make the drive for service. More
