This dealer is totally a big liar. I am driving to MA every weekend with a smooth running car, no matter if it's 200k or 300k, there were no problem at all in the morning I dropped the car. No brake noise at all and VST light was absolutely off, but when I picked up the car just after the recall service, the brake sound horrible and the VST light became on. (How could I leave a car in such condition and drove every weekend to MA???) The guy Vito at the first office had bad attitude since the morning I dropped the car, the manger Mike is no better. Please read other people review from other websites. They cheat!!!

Mr. Zhao. Your claims are bordering on insanity! You are essentially saying we sabatoged your vehicle in an effort to make you pay money for service work. I will state again and again it is physically impossible that we caused any issue with your vehicle. We performed a free recall that took 15 minutes and NEVER once came even remotely close to touching anything involving your brakes or any items pertaining to a VSA system. It was a shift lock recall, thats it. The car never went up on a lift! How in the world can you take tires of a car with it never leaving the ground. We offered to take a look for free intially, and only upon discovering missing hardware involving your brakes did we tell you there would be a cost involved to go further with a diagnosis. Furthermore, you claim we had a bad attitude? We sat and tried to explain the situation over and over again, while YOU yelled and refused to listen like a rational person. You caused a scene in our store and were unrully. We kindly request you choose another service facility in the future. It is our goal to please each and every client but this claim in simply ubsurd.
