Went to the dealer to check out a car that my buddy pointed out he had seen. Upon arriving, the staff just stared my buddy and I down like we weren't worth their time or effort to try and help. After approaching the one sales consultant, he even made the comment aren't we a little young? It seemed more like a chore and a bother to them we were there. After viewing the car, there were some mechanical problems with the $20,000 dollar car we were interested in and they refused to acknowledge the problem even after pointing out the screeching under the hood. They then also refused to try and negotiate a price and warranty on the car. I feel like they looked down on us because of our age and perceived status and treated us as not worth the effort even though we came from over 70 miles away. Sadly they did not realize I was a manager at a large company and actually had 25,000 cash on me ready to go for a sale on a car that has been sitting there for a while. Bummer for them. Their loss and someone else's gain. Never going to this elitist dealer again. More
I was looking for a 2014 Acura RDX and this dealership had a huge inventory, so the car I wanted was available in stock. The salesman, Sean McManus was excellent to work with. Was hoping to get longer life from 2007 MDX but when repair was going to be too much money for the miles on the car, I decides to look for a new or pre-owned certified replacement. Would have liked the new design 2014 MDX, but was cost prohibitive, so purchased a low mile 2012 MDX. Hoping to get long life from this MDX as well and look to get the new design at a later date. I started the process via the internet price quote request I sent. I received a very prompt reply via email and spoke to a representative within 15 minutes of submitting request. Over the phone I was given the quote and explanation of everything it included (exp. Destination/Handling Fee) and that was followed up by an email with the same information. I then visited the dealership two days later and began my engagement with Eddie. I test drove two vehicles and Eddie answered my numerous questions. Our conversation included the decision was between some Toyota models I had already test driven and the Acura. Eddie was very professional and objective in his discussion relative to the models we were looking at. I asked for a firm price quote with understanding I would not make decision for two days. He introduced us to his sales manager and together they priced two vehicles. I made the purchase two days later and had Eddie show me several vehicles to decide on color etc I would purchase. This took a couple of hours but Eddie stayed engaged the entire time and offered his objective opinions. I never felt rushed and found the overall experience pleasant. More

I was looking to purchase a used Acura TSX, after viewing the inventory online (Which was accurate and matched the cars on the lot) I decided to visit the dealersh to purchase a used Acura TSX, after viewing the inventory online (Which was accurate and matched the cars on the lot) I decided to visit the dealership. I was greeted by John Neals we sat and discussed the vehicles I saw online and most importantly the final price I was looking to pay. He then showed me all of the cars that would meet my criteria we then took a few cars out for a test drive and I selected a 2010 TSX and within minutes we were all set, they crunched the numbers and kept my payments low and I got a really good deal (about $4,000 under market value) John and is team were great. I left the dealership to take my daughter to practice came back signed the paperwork and drove off with my new car. I was a no pressure buying experience. More
This Acura TL is my second car in past 7 years. I've been to other Dealers, Sales persons are so much pushy and they want to sell their car to you. Where as Eddie Mcgeehan is so friendly and not at all been to other Dealers, Sales persons are so much pushy and they want to sell their car to you. Where as Eddie Mcgeehan is so friendly and not at all pushy when coming to sales. He worked so professionally and treated me well as a future customer. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to "Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura" and meet Eddie. And also I met their financial person while signing the documents. He is another great guy explaining all the options and reran my credit through other bank for better APR. Over all very much satisfied buying this 2012 Acura TL with advanced package. More

Overall I would give a great rating. You delivered! We were impressed with how over the top you went to get us a car that same day. You made it happen! However, there were 2 things my husband and I did not care for. 1- Taking the car for a test drive. We could only take the care around the corner. It's not long enough. Other dealerships give you the keys and have said, "drive it home, see how it looks in your driveway". And we both would have like to taken it for a test drive. 2- The Finance end of it was too much drama. We wanted the facts on the rates, short and sweet. We seemed to have signed at least 10 documents before getting the answer we wanted. It makes you feel like you're trapped. More
