Poor experience- In this dealership I experienced the type of practice that has given dealers a bad name. I went in looking at the MDX, interested in a nice 7 seater, In this dealership I experienced the type of practice that has given dealers a bad name. I went in looking at the MDX, interested in a nice 7 seater, having had one previously. I was looking at a lease with 18,000 miles at that time, and gave them the price / cost i could pay. We were somewhat apart at that time. Going back a few days later, having decided we needed only 15,000 miles I was told and a print out was given showing the numbers were right where we wanted to be. I continued to research, asking various questions and a few days later emailed that I would like to take an MDX, and based on the ones they told me were in stock that day, which color. They then came back saying that the finance manager had now reviewed and the actual costs were $1800 higher. No explanation was given over why the difference. I was more than a little annoyed, as can be imagined, and went into Springfield Acura- who managed to quickly offer me more or less the deal as per what I had printed out. I decided to have another look at an Infiniti QX60, and at the same cost levels decided to take one. I followed up with emails to the owner and GM of Acura Bridgewater, and copied Acura US. Acura US replied with a well thought out response, but no response from the management of Bill Vince's of any sort- no explanation, no apology, no nothing. I recommend to be very careful in this dealer, my experience what is given to me verbally and in writing can be a long way different to their actual deal. More

Finally, I would like to mention how fantastic Eddie Mcgeehan was. Eddie helped us with our financing and he was thorough, respectful, and very pleasant. New Car Purchase/Internet Sales We were interested in a new 2015 MDX. We emailed our interest, got a quick response with a firm price from Tina. We called and gave our color preferences and set up appointment for the next morning. We were told to ask for Tina. We arrived the next morning on time, were greeted by a salesman (Michael), and we told him we were told to ask for Tina. The salesperson went off somewhere, came back, and said Tina said he would help us. He had the price from Tina which was the price she had emailed us. Two hours later we were driving back home with the 2015 MDX. Happy with the experience. Michael was pleasant and not that overly, false nice phoniness some salespeople are cursed with. One suggestion: Perhaps not insist that a customer ask for a particular person if that particular person is not going to be available when the customer arrives for the appointment. Oh, and Eddie in business office did not complete the paperwork accurately but we pointed that out before we left and he corrected it. Minor glitches in an overall positive experience. More

I was satisfied with his customer service and patience with a smile. NO pressure just options and for that I was "thankful" and grateful. I will be recommending Amechi and BW Acura to my family, friends and co-workers at Morgan Stanley. Again, thank you for making my experience a great one. More
Wonderful customer service, true to their words I had a bad experience with a private used car dealer last year and needed to trade in a vehicle, Bridgewater Acura has a vast selection of the kind o I had a bad experience with a private used car dealer last year and needed to trade in a vehicle, Bridgewater Acura has a vast selection of the kind of cars I like at a good price so I went for them. They agreed to do the trade without making overpromises, but stayed true to their words as long as every paperwork were provided by me. Adam and Chistina has been non-pushy but friendly in helping select the right car. I already knew what I wanted so the selection was fast. Later on after leaving the lot I realized a CD issue so I went back, they agreed to re-imburse however much I would pay for repair off-site. They re-imbursed very fast. If you want used, rare, interesting cars of non-Acura brand, this is the place to check out. As far as Ford cars go, it worked for me. More

Joe were low key and professional ....gave us no car salesman grief..not that I would have tolerated it :) but good guys. Overall experience was pleasurable. Overall very Satisfied customer with my new (Pre-Owned) ride I had been looking for almost 3 years for year/make/model vehicle that I found down in Bridgewater, possessing that mileage and condition. Still feel the dealership could have come down in price a bit more, but was more than happy to concede on the rareness and allure of the particular car I'd found. We all have to make some money, right? Customer service was top notch, car was clean and well-delivered. test drive experience was pleasing. The "no-pressure" Sales experience from Mike D. really helped sellt he vehicle, so Thank You. This dealership definitely has an impressive array of pre-owned sporting cars, & I would love to keep an eye on the inventory and do business again in the future. More
