Needless to say she was very scared about the whole event and couldn't even keep her thoughts straight. I have to say I was a little anxious myself. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by the most nicest a people when introduced to the Internet Dept. person, Tina Stanislawcyck. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't stop there either. We were treated with the utmost care and concern when we met the Sales Associate, Christopher Young and when we met with the very knowlageable and nicest man you could ever want to meet, Ryan Vanjara. To make a long story short, Everyone we came in contact with treated us with care and concern and made the two of us feel comfortable and at ease. We did make a purchase that day and Grace can't stop talking about her "New Baby". It was an enjoyable experience and the team of people connected with the staff are Simply Fantastic. More
Pure Awesome This is truly a "Dealership of Distinction" - I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. When I first found the listing on cars.com, I submitted an inquiry via their website which was promptly met with a response from the dealership's internet dept indicating that the inquiry was recieved & someone would be following up. The next communication came via email and phone from Tina Stanislawczyk. What set this communication apart from other dealerships I had reached out to was the fact that her emails included the listing details complete with pictures (a great reminder for how much I liked the car & wanted to see it) plus something I haven't seen before - a "Pure Cars Value Report" (this included things like a pricing breakdown and Carfax summary). When she was unable to reach me via phone (because I couldn't answer while I was at work) she sent me a quick text message. To be honest, without this piece of the puzzle, I never would have been able to establish contact as quickly as I did & I found it to be very convenient. Tina was friendly and very attentive the entire time with quick responses and professionalism. Upon arriving, the consideration to ensure every comfort continued as I was immediately greeted, offered refreshments and made aware of the location of the restrooms. I was then helped by Scott Doyle and Danny Lasko who were just phenomenal. They were both incredibly helpful and assuring through everything, from the no-pressure opportunity to check the car out on my own without anyone over my shoulder and before any kind of sales or anything were discussed through the price/numbers talk and finally the paperwork and buying procedures. I am both impressed and more than satisfied...plus I am SO IN LOVE with my new car!!!! :-D More

He constantly checked in to make sure we were ok and felt comfortable. He was very kind, educated and fair. He helped us feel confident and comfortable with the sale and we got to drive home the car we wanted! I would recommend him to other buyers and will also buy from him again. Great salesman and AWESOME customer service. UPDATE: June 16, 2015 im writing this while im extremely upset and almost regretting leaving a good review for this person, when we purchased the vehicle we were told that the plates were going to be mailed to us, they called us over a week ago to let us know that the plates were in and that they were going to be mailed to us shortly, after waiting over a week i decided to call to see what was going on with the plates, turns out they sent the plates to the wrong address, i only found this out because I WAS the one who called them, they didn't even bother to check that there was a mistake made. Ok so nobody is perfect i get it, mistakes happen, so i drive to the address that they sent the plates to because Dominic specifically told me that they were left outside and that i should pick them up, so i drove 35 min to pick up the plates, get to to address to find out that there were no packages left, i knocked on the door a few times with no luck (nobody was home). So i call back Dominic as im driving back home and then he basically tells me to try again later or to leave a note so the people living at that address can contact me! RUDE MUCH? Then to make matters worse, he tells me that im going to have to come in to get an extension on the temporary plates until they request new ones which takes about another 3 weeks! I feel like people need to learn how to treat others better for the future of the business, not only that but i have no clue who lives at that address now and they have very important and personal information of my husband and I, what happens with those documents? Everything was great when they were trying to sell us a car and now that the deal is done THEY make a mistake and cant even handle it correctly. I am extremely disappointed! UPDATE: June 22, 2015 Just how i wrote about the bad experience i had i also would like to write about the great customer service that Tina provided, she took care of all the issues that i had, we ended up picking up the plates at the dealership the very next day i posted my complain. Tina was great and i appreciated very much the time she took to talk to me and helped me feel at ease with my situation. After i picked up my plates she called me several times to make sure that everything was in order and she even gave me a gift certificate which was very nice of her. If i decide to purchase another vehicle in the future i would not hesitate to call her as it was a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you! More
