Not only do I now have an awesome car (a silver TL, named "Summer"-- yes, 20% of the population names their vehicles ;-) which I got a super deal on, buttttt the entire "process" that I used to dread so much became that much better because of Nick Cirianni! Thank you -- would not be enough to say to him. He's awesome!
